摘  要:施工和易性影响着沥青防水涂料与基层或防水卷材的粘结能力,在很大程度上决定着防水效果的好坏。以北京东方雨虹的非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料为研究对象,通过绘制黏温曲线来分析其黏度与施工和易性之间的关系,寻找最佳的施工温度。结果表明:在140-160℃、黏度小于0.5 Pa·s时,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的施工和易性最好。The workability of asphalt waterproofing coating has a great influence on its bonding capacity with substrate or waterproofing membrane, to a large extent, this feature determines the waterproofing effects. The article takes the non-cured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating from Beijing Oriental Yuhong Company as a research object, and it tries to find out the optimal working temperature by plotting viscosity and temperature curves and analyzing the relationship between the viscosity and workability. It turns out that when temperature is between 140-160 ℃, and viscosity is less than 0.5 Pa's, the workability of non-cured rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating is the best.
