摘　　要：介绍了UIC网关中用户服务功能提供远程或者本地用户服务及控制网关的整个过程,提出了网关应用层接收呼叫消息、处理用户请求并返回应答报文的软件设计方案,针对不同用户服务设计了相应的功能处理函数,最后在UIC网关中验证了所提方案的可行性。The whole procedure how user services allow a remote or a local user to access or control the gateway in UIC gateway was presented, also a software realization solution for receiving call-messages, dealing with user services and producing reply-messages was provided. Function-dealing software was provided for every user service. At last the solution was verified in UIC gateway.
