摘　　要：从中医临床人才培养模式的创新性、特色及创新试验取得的成绩与存在的问题2方面入手,探讨以培养"理论宽、临床专、能力强、素质高"的中医临床实用人才为目标,通过优化课程体系和教学内容,加强学生管理及教学质量考评,强化实践和临床技能,进行实验区改革探索,总结经验,探求适用于现代中医院校教育的中医学特色人才培养新模式,培养出更多具有中医学特色的临床人才。A new mode of TCM clinical professionals suitable for modem TCM college education IS explored to develop clinical professionals of TCM characterstics from two aspects： the innovation of TCM clinical professionals training mode, the features, the achievement of the innovation test obtained and the existing issues, aiming at cultivating TCM clinical and practical professionals of a good mastery of theory, specialized in clinical practice, strong ability and high quality＇, experimental area reform is explored and the experience is summed up through optimizing curriculum system and teaching contents, strengthening student management and teaching quality evaluation, enhancing practice and clinical skills.
