摘　　要：本文从广东金融产业发展现状分析入手,根据广东金融产业人才需求和培养情况,提出顺应广东金融产业快速发展的趋势,我们应如何抓住机遇,完善高职金融证券专业人才培养方案,服务于地方经济,为广东正在进行的经济结构调整和产业转型升级提供人才支持。This paper starts from the development status of Guangdong finance the talents demand and training of Guangdong finance industry, and complying with Guangdong industry analysis. According to the rapid development trend of finance industry, we bring forward how to grasp the opportunity, perfect the talent training for finance majors in Higher Vocational Colleges,to service to the local economy. It provides talent support for Guangdong ongoing economic structure adjustment and for industrial transformation and uD-rade.
