摘  要:高等数学学习焦虑症是一种特殊的学科焦虑,高度焦虑会影响学生的心理健康,阻碍学生社会性的发展。通过对2010至2012三届共359名大学生在学习高等数学及考试中出现的焦虑心理的研究,得出:学生对学习进度的不适应、学习基础较差及学习规划的不合理是引起大学生学习数学高焦虑度的主要原因。提出了以平时成绩为诱因,抓课前预习,课堂互动,通过"微课"等形式课后巩固,修改总评门槛等手段缓解及克服学生数学学习及考试焦虑的建议。Higher mathematics learning anxiety is a kind of special subject of anxiety. A deep anxiety can affect the students' mental health and hinder their social development. Through the research of the psychological anxiety of 359 college students from 2010 to 2012 in higher mathematics learning and exams,we draw the conclusions that many students are poor learners,their learning plans are not reasonable,and they cannot adapt to the learning process,which are the main reasons for their high degree of anxiety. We put forward some suggestions to help the students ease and overcome their learning and examination anxiety,such as taking usual achievements as incentives,paying more attention to the preview before class,classroom interaction,after-school consolidation through the "micro-class"and other forms,revising the overall appraisal threshold of mathematics.
