摘 要:以葡萄糖为主要碳源,采用城市污水处理厂曝气池絮状活性污泥为接种污泥,在自制的序批式反应器(sequence batch reactor,SBR)中持续培养45 d,通过提高SBR反应器中水力剪切力、增加污泥沉降速度和提高活性污泥的有机负荷等手段不断改变SBR反应器的运行条件,发现当化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)负荷为3.97 kg/(m^3·d),SBR反应器中表面上升气体流速为0.021 8 m/s时,培养出的好氧颗粒污泥直径可达2~5 mm,污泥浓度值和污泥容积指数(sludge volume index,SVI)分别为4 200 mg/L和50 mL/g,SBR反应器中培养出的好氧颗粒污泥对COD,总氮(total nitrogen,TN),总磷(total phosphorus,TP)的去除率分别可达到93%,82%和82%.本实验通过对污泥颗粒化转化过程的研究表明:从絮状活性污泥向颗粒污泥转化是一种逐步形成的过程,整个45 d的培养过程可划分为4个不同阶段,即接种活性污泥微生物相互黏附阶段、细菌聚集体的稳定阶段、细菌集合体的成熟阶段和好氧颗粒污泥最终形成4个阶段.Using glucose as the main carbon source,city sewage treatment plant aeration tank activated sludge as seed sludge,the self-made SBR(sequence batch reactor)reactor was used to culture the granular sludge by increasing the shear stress,changing the settling velocity of sludge and COD(chemical oxygen demand).When the COD loading was 3.97 kg/ (m^3 · d) and SBR reactor gas flow rate was 0.021 8 m/s,aerobic granular sludge diameter could reach 2-5 mm after 45 d.Sludge concentration and SVI(sludge volume index) was 4 200 mg/L and 50 mL/g.The removal rate of COD,TN(total nitrogen) and TP(total phosphorus)could reach to 93 %,82 % and 82%,respectively.The granular sludge transformation process was a step-by-step process,and the whole process could be divided into four stages,which was microbial adhesion process,microbial aggregation stable process,and microbial could aggregate mature process and aerobic granular sludge mature process.
