摘 要:目的:制定磁石药材的质量标准。方法:按中国药典规定的铁盐鉴别及红外分光光度(IR)法鉴别药材;用原子吸收分光光度(AAS)法检测水溶性铅、镉和铜的含量,用原子荧光光度(AFS)法检测水溶性砷、汞的含量;按中国药典规定方法测定全铁含量,用原子吸收分光光度法测定水溶性铁含量。结果:初步建立了磁石药材红外光谱鉴别方法、水溶性重金属及有害元素检查方法和水溶性铁含量测定方法;确定水溶性重金属及有害元素、全铁和水溶性铁的含量限度。结论:所建立的鉴别、检查、含量测定方法及理化指标可作为磁石药材的质量控制标准。OBJECtIVE To establish the quality standards for magnetitum (Cishi). METHODS Magnetitum was identified by iron salts reaction and infrared spectrometry(IR)according to the standards stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Pb, Cd and Cu were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Total iron content was determined according to the standards stated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Fe was determined by AAS. RESULTS IR identification of magnetitum, examination of water-soluble heavy metals and harmful elements, and deter- mination of water-soluble iron were established preliminarily. Limitation of water-soluble heavy metals and harmful elements content, total iron content and water-soluble iron content were defined. CONCLUSION The qualitative method and quantita- tive method and physicochemical index can he used as standards for the quality control of magnetiturm.
