摘　　要：硬质PVC结皮发泡板需求量大、应用广。但由于PVC结皮发泡成型困难,限制了该生产线的开发。本文基于硬质PVC结皮发泡板挤出技术的研究,对生产线进行了总体方案布置,对生产线的挤出机动力传动系统、机筒和螺杆、冷却定型系统和牵引切割系统等主要装备进行了结构设计。设计的硬质PVC结皮发泡板生产装备具有高效节能的特征,生产出的板材质量达到了进口制品的技术水平,可替代进口设备,实现了硬质PVC结皮发泡板生产装备的国产化。Rigid PVC foamed plates have huge demand and wide application.But the production line is limited develop-ment because of the difficulty to PVC crust foam molding.In this paper,through deeply researching the extruding technolo-gy of rigid PVC crusting-foam plates,the overall layout of production line were designed,the structure of main equipment to the product line including the extruder transmission system,machine barrel and screw,cooling setting system and traction cutting system were designed.The plates quality attained to technical level of imported products by producing production e-quipment of the rigid PVC crust foamed board with this design,this production equipment with high efficiency and energy saving can replace the imported equipment and realize localization of extruder.
