摘　　要：电火花线切割技术在模具制造业发展中的应用越来越普及,但常常会由于各种原因引起电极丝在加工中产生断丝现象。本文针对此现象分析了断丝产生的原因及解决方法,使加工得以顺利进行,提高了加工效率及加工质量。The development of manufacturing industry in the mold has become more and more popular in EDM wire cutting, but because of various reasons caused by the broken wires of wire electrode in the machining process, the research on mechanical and process, analysis of the causes of broken wires in generating and solving method were done, which made the process go smoothly and improve the machining efficiency and machining quality.
