摘　　要：约瑟夫·熊彼特是当代资产阶级经济学的代表人物之一,其在西方学术界具有十分重要的影响。其文集《从马克思到凯恩斯》第一部分——《卡尔·马克思》从"作为预言家的马克思"、"作为经济学家的马克思"、"作为社会学家的马克思"和"作为导师的马克思"四个方面对马克思和马克思主义进行了较为全面的讨论。文章基于《从马克思到凯恩斯》的阅读,按照熊彼特的独特视角对马克思和马克思主义进行了分析、评价。Joseph-Schumpeter was one of the representatives of contemporary bourgeois economics,who has a very important influence in Western academia. His anthology ＂ From Marx to Keynes＂,the first part ＂ Karl Marx＂ includes a total of four parts,namely, ＂ as the prophet Marx＂, ＂ as economists Marx＂, ＂ as sociologist Marx＂ and ＂ as a mentor Marx,＂ from the four aspects Schumpeter discusses Marx and Marxism more comprehensively. This paper,based on the reading ＂ From Marx to Keynes＂,according to Schumpeter＇s unique perspective,analyzes and evaluates Marx and Marxism.
