摘　　要：教师反思理论是柯瑟根现实主义教师教育思想的一个组成部分。柯瑟根的教师反思理论探讨了教师反思的概念和原则、教师反思的过程以及教师反思的内容等重要主题。对柯瑟根教师反思理论的介绍和分析,能丰富和深化我们对教师反思问题的理解。The theories concerning teacher reflection are an important part of Korthagen＇s thought of realistic teacher education. The theories explore the concept, principles, process and contents of teacher reflection. Introduction and analysis of the theories will enrich and deepen our understanding toward teacher reflection problems.
