螺旋CT增强扫描诊断胰腺癌的15例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT增强三期扫描诊断胰腺癌的表现和临床价值,为临床进一步治疗作出参考意见。方法:15例均行螺旋CT扫描并进行分析。结果:1显示肿块15例,肿瘤直径>3 cm有8例,<3 cm有7例;2肿块表现不规则低密度影,增强后强化不明显;3多伴有胰周组织的改变和远处脏器的转移。结论:螺旋CT三期增强扫描是显示胰腺癌最好的检查方法,通过胰腺内肿块的不规则表现及胰管、胰腺周围解剖结构变化为主要的早期胰腺癌的影像学征象,对患者早期诊断、手术治疗和生存率有着十分重要临床意义。Objective Analysis of pancreatic carcinoma in spiral CT enhanced scanning performance,to explore the diagnostic value of spiral CT enhanced scanning in three phases in pancreatic cancer,for further clinical treatment to make reference. Method All 15 cases underwent multislice spiral CT scan,including 6 cases of plain and three phase enhanced scanning. Results 1Three phase contrast scan of spiral CT for diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma; 2pancreatic carcinoma was changed to low density mass or pancreatic contour on the CT,After enhanced strengthening was not obvious; 3pancreatic cancer could cause bile duct,pancreatic duct dilatation,transfer change with peripancreatic tissues and distant organ. Conclusion Helical CT three phases enhanced scanning is the best method to check the display of pancreatic cancer,through dynamic scan can show the anatomical structure of peripancreatic,structure change of cancer,there is a very important clinical significance in patients with early diagnosis,operation treatment and survival rate.
