3321例健康体检者幽门螺旋杆菌检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过应用13C呼气试验对健康体检者进行幽门螺旋杆菌检测，将其结果进行分析。方法对本院体检中心2013年11月至2014年7月健康体检者3321例作为研究对象，采用13C尿素呼气试验判断幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况。结果本调查研究结果表明，该组体检人群Hp感染率为38．36％，低于全国水平。且男、女性之间比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论Hp在健康体检中的阳性率比较高，它的存在及其致病性是很严重的，一定要提高对Hp的认识，开展人群Hp普查，加强对健康人群相关知识的健康教育，有利于提高人群防病的意识，做到早预防、早发现和早治疗。objective to 13 C breath test by applying the health check - up helicobacter pylori detection were analyzed, USES the 13C urea breath test judgement about helicobacter pylori infection. The results of this research results show that the group check - up crowd Hp infection rate was 38.36%, lower than the national average. But there was no significant difference be- tween male and female （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hp positive rate is higher in the healthy check -up, prevention to improve people＇s awareness and achieve the early prevention, early detection and early treatment.
