四川省会东县非毕业班高中生不良行为与心理健康现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解四川省会东县非毕业班高中生的不良行为现状与心理健康状况,为当地高中生心理健康辅导提供依据。方法随机整群抽取会东县14个高中非毕业班,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编的学生不良行为现状调查表对该县830名非毕业班高中生进行调查。结果会东县非毕业班高中生中10.43%的学生有逃课情况,22.94%有酗酒史,50.67%的学生经常或偶尔去网吧,12.03%的学生有吸烟史,SCL-90各因子分均高于全国青年常模,而且存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论会东县非毕业班高中生心理状况相对较差,逃课、酗酒、到网吧、吸烟等不良行为对学生心理健康情况有不同程度的影响。应引起当地教育部门、家庭、社会的重视。[ Objective ] To understand the present situation of the bad behavior and mental health of the high school non-graduates in Huidong County, and provide the basis for mental health counseling of the local high school students. [ Methods] Totally 14 nonhigh school graduating classes were randomly selected from Huidong County, using the symptom checklist（ SCL-90） the and self-designed student misconduct survey table for investigation on 830 high school non-graduates. [ Results] In Huidong County, 10.43% of high school nongraduates had truancy cases, 22.94% had alcohol abuse history, 50.67% often or occasionally went to internet cafes , 12.03 % had smoking history , SCL-90 factor scores were higher than the national youth norm , with significant differences {P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] The metal condition of high school non-graduates is relatively poor in Huidong County, bad behaviors such as truancy , alcoholism, going to internet cafes, smoking have different impact on students＇ mental health , it should attract the attention from the local education department , family and society.
