摘  要:目的:建立金莲花的薄层鉴别与含量测定方法。方法:比较甲醇、乙醇、70%乙醇等不同提取溶剂、不同展开系统在硅胶G板上的分离效果,建立金莲花的薄层色谱鉴别方法;比较不同溶剂的提取效果、不同流动相的分离效果,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长340 nm,ODS色谱柱柱温30℃,建立HPLC法测定金莲花中荭草苷、牡荆素的含量。结果:建立的TLC法能很好分离各成分,HPLC法能够准确测定金莲花中荭草苷、牡荆素的含量。结论:本文所建立的TLC、HPLC法可用于金莲花质量检测。Objective: To establish methods of the TLC identification and the content determination of Trollii Chinensis Flos. Methods:The separation effects by different extraction solvents such as methanol, ethanol,70% eth- anol and different deployment systems on the silica gel G plate were compared to establish a TLC identification method for Trollii Chinensis Flos. The extraction effects of different solvents and the separation effects of different mobile phases were compared, and the content determination method of HPLC for orientin and vitexin in Trollii Chinensis Flos was established using the ODS column, and the flow rate was 1 mL ~ min-l,the UV detection wave- length was 340 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The established TLC method had a good separation effect for each component, the established HPLC method can accurately determine the content of orientin and vitexin in Trollii Chinensis Flos. Conclusion:The established methods of TLC and HPLC can be used to test the sample of Trollii Chinensis Flos.
