摘　　要：目的:抗菌肽LL-37是人类天然免疫系统中唯一的cathelicidin家族成员。不仅具有广谱的抗微生物活性,还具有调节免疫系统、促进损伤修复以及抗肿瘤等功能。随着人们对LL-37功能的深入研究,将为相关感染性疾病、免疫性疾病的新药研发和临床治疗提供扎实的理论基础和良好的应用前景。Antimicrobial peptide LL - 37 is the only member of cathelicidin family in human innate immune system. It has broad antimicrobial activity. In addition, LL- 37 plays important role in immune modulation, wound repair and anti - tumor. The further study of LL - 37 will provide steady theoretical basis and broad application prospects for clinical therapies and development of new drug for related infection and immunological diseases.
