疏肝和胃方对难治性胃食管反流病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃方加减治疗对难治性胃食管反流病患者生活质量的影响。方法:收集难治性胃食管反流病患者81例,按照就诊的顺序随机分组,治疗组、对照组按照2∶1纳入;治疗组予疏肝和胃方加减治疗,对照组予雷贝拉唑和莫沙必利治疗,观察时间为12周;观察治疗前后SF-36积分的变化。结果:治疗组53例患者完成了12周的既定疗程;对照组23例患者完成了既定疗程;组间比较,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义,SF-36量表积分改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃方加减可以明显改善难治性胃食管反流病患者的生活质量,是一种行之有效的应对难治性食管反流病的疗法。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on quality of life on the treatment of Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach Formula on refractory GERD. Methods：According to the examination results of electronic gastroscope,81 rGERD patients were collected by adoption standards. Based on the order of their clinic sequence, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with a ratio of 2 ： 1. The treatment group patients were treated by Modified Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach Formula while the control group patients were treated by Rabeprazole and Mosapride. The treatments had been observed for 12 weeks. TCM formula intervention had been prescribed to those above - mention patients, and 53 patients among them completed the standard course of treatment for 12 weeks. Meantime, other 23 rGERD patients were treated with Rabeprazole （RAB） and Mosapride Citrate. The therapeutic effect of Modified Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach Formula on rGERD was evaluated by comparing the score differences of SF -36 investigation. Results：In the experiment group, the scores before and after the treatment of the score differences of SF - 36 investigation were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the control group, the scores before and after the treatment of the score differences of SF - 36 investigation had no statistical different （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Comparing the experiment group and the control group, the scores of SF - 36 form improved significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach Formula can obviously improve the quality of life. It is an effective treatment for rGERD. The results of this research provide a reliable clinical practice basis for Soothing Liver and Harmonizing Stomach Formula treating rGERD, and explore a new way to treat rGERD by TCM.
