摘  要:调研工业抑爆场所常用的防爆、抑爆产品,并按产品的类型及应用场所分类。对比GB 25445《抑制爆炸系统》及ISO 6184.4《抑爆系统第4部分:抑爆系统效率的测定》,得出以下结论:抑爆系统有效性检测暂无统一的设备尺寸及设计要点,但抑爆系统有效性评价方法的目标、程序和方法较为明晰;GB 25445中验证抑爆系统有效性方法的目标更为合理;ISO6184.4中针对验证抑爆系统有效性设备的规定更为详细;总体而言,GB 25445从设计抑爆系统的角度来阐述验证抑爆系统有效性的方法,导致适用性较差;ISO 6184.4阐述验证抑爆系统有效性的方法时思路明晰,以1m3爆炸测试装置为标准贯穿始终。Investigated explosion suppression products used in industrial explosion suppression places commonly,and these explosion suppression products were classified according to the type of products and application areas.GB 25445 and ISO 6184.4 were compared,and draw the following conclusion:The testing equipment of the efficacy of explosion suppression systems has no uniform dimensions and design elements,but the goal,procedure and method of the evaluation of the efficacy of explosion suppression systems are more clear; The goal of the method in GB 25445 standard to verify the efficacy of the explosion suppression systems is more reasonable; The provisions of the device testing the efficacy of explosion suppression systems are more detailed in ISO 6184.4; Generally speaking,in GB 25445 standard,the evaluation method of the efficacy of explosion suppression systems was explained from the perspective of designing explosion suppression systems,leading to the poor applicability; In ISO 6184.4 standard,it is clear when explaining the evaluation method of the efficacy of explosion suppression systems,with the main line of 1 m3 explosive test device.
