摘　　要：本文通过企业深化推进GB/T 19580-2012《卓越绩效评价准则》的内外部需求、具体推进方法和企业贯标实例,探讨了企业为追求卓越、提升市场竞争力和取得持续的成功,导入和践行该标准的必要性。Based on the internal and external demands, specific methods for advancing the stan- dard GB/T 19580-2012 ＂Criteria for Performance Excellence＂, and enterprises implementation examples, the paper discusses the necessity of introducing and practicing the standard for en- terprises to pursue excellence, enhance market competitiveness, and achieve continuous suc- cess.
