摘　　要：文章深入分析了工学结合模式为思想政治理论课教育教学带来的机遇与挑战,并从树立全新的思想政治教育理念、构建教育教学内容新体系、改革教学方法与手段、加强实践性教学、加强队伍建设等五方面提出对策。Based on an analysis of the opportunities and challenges confronting the ideological and political theory teaching under the background of working-learning combination, this article puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as establishing new concepts of ideological and political education, constructing a new system of teaching content, reforming teaching methods, strengthening practice teaching as well as enhancing the team construction.
