摘 要:以不同品种的芝麻菜为试验材料,采用基质栽培方法,通过测定叶绿素含量、根系活力、硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶活性、单株鲜重、单株干重及各项营养品质指标,研究了不同采收时期对芝麻菜物质积累及营养品质形成的影响。结果表明:两个芝麻菜品种均在处理Ⅳ(出苗后45 d)和处理V(出苗后50 d)时,芝麻菜物质积累量较高,蔗糖、还原糖、Vc、可溶性蛋白质含量相对较高,硝酸盐含量较低,为相对适合芝麻菜收获的最佳时间。Abstract: In this experiment, two varieties of Eruca sativa Mill. cuhivated in substrate culture were used to study the effects of different harvest times on the matter accumulation and nutritional quality of the plant. This was done through measuring the chlorophyll content, root activity, nitrate content, nitrate reduetase activity, fresh weight and dry weight of a single plant and relating the resulting data to the plant's nutrient content. The results showed that in both varieties of Eruca sativa the matter ac- cumulation, sucrose content, reducing sugar content, Vc content and soluble protein content were higher and the nitrate con- tent was lower at treatment IV (45 days after emergence) and treatment V (50 days after emergence), so it may be conclu- ded that these are the optimal harvest times for Eruca sativa Mill.
