联合检测CA153和CEA在乳腺癌复发转移监测中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合检测血清CA153和CEA在乳腺癌综合治疗后复发转移监测中的临床价值。方法:38例综合治疗后随访期出现局部复发和/或转移的乳腺癌患者,采用电化学发光技术(CLIA)检测其血清CA153和CEA水平,并回顾该组患者复发转移前血清CA153和CEA水平,进行比较分析。结果:复发和/或转移后乳腺癌患者血清CA153和CEA水平分别为(29.66±24.95)U/ml和(4.80±3.34)ng/ml,高于复发转移前(P分别为0.027和0.035)。复发转移后患者血清CA153、CEA和两项联合检测阳性率均高于复发转移前阳性率(P<0.05);两项血清标记物联合检测对乳腺癌复发转移诊断的灵敏度明显提高,特异度及准确度无明显影响。结论:联合检测血清CA153和CEA对乳腺癌综合治疗后局部复发和/或转移的监测具有十分重要的价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combined detection of serum tumor makers （CA153 and CEA） on patients with local recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after comprehensive treatment. Methods：38 patients with local recurrent or metastatic breast cancer ＇after comprehensive treatment during follow--up period were detected serum levels of CA 153 and CEA by electrochemiluminescence technology （CLIA）. The serum levels of CA153 and CEA before recurrence and metastasis were review,which and compared with the serum levels of CA153 and CEA after comprehensive treatment. Results：The serum levels of CA153 and CEA in breast cancer after recurrence or metastasis were respectively （29.66±24.95） U/ml and（4.80±3.34）ng/ml,which was higher than before（P=0.027,P=0.035 ）. The positive rate in CA153 ,CEA and combined detection after recurrence or metastasis were significantly higher than that before （P〈0.05）. The combined detetion of CA153 and CEA significantly improved sensitivity in recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer, but the opposite was true for specificity and accuracy. Conclusions：Combined detection of serum CA153 and CEA is very important for monitoring local recurrent or metastatic breast cancer after comprehensive treatment.
