摘 要:以上海市某商务区为例,分别计算并比较区域型天然气分布式供能系统、楼宇型天然气分布式供能系统以及江水源热泵系统等不同规模、不同配置下的能源系统规划产生的节能、环保、经济等效益,探索低碳城区能源系统的顶层设计思路及方法,同时为决策服务。结论如下:区域型天然气分布式供能系统节能减排效益最明显,预计1年可节约标煤量约14 916 t,同时可减少CO2排放40 325 t,减少NOx排放约241 t,减少SO2排放约394 t,减少烟尘排放约165 t,但此类型能源站的投资也最大,约为11.9亿元,投资回收期为12.9a,同时还存在现实政策瓶颈可能严重影响经济效益发挥。建议结合地块开发逐步建设并形成"中心站+卫星站"的区域型天然气分布式供能系统,以实现环保、经济和社会效益的共赢。Taking a newly built business district in Shanghai as a case, this study calculates and compares the energy conservation , environmental, economic and other benefits of energy supply systems in different scales- regional natural gas distributed energy supply system, building type natural gas distributed energy supply system and water heat pump system, to explore the methods of the top-level design of low-carbon urban energy supply systems , as well as to give a reference for decision-making. It is concluded that the regional natural gas distributed energy supply system may get the most obvious energy saving benefits, of which the annual energy savings could reach about 14 916 tons of standard coal, while CO2 emission could be decreased by 40 325 tons, NOx emission could be reduced by 241 tons, SO2 emission could be decreased by 394 tons, and soot emission could be reduced by 165 tons. However, the investment of energy supply station of such scale is also very large, which reaches about ].19 billion yuan, the payback period is about 12.9 years and also there is a realistic policy bottleneck which may influence the economic benefits seriously. This study suggests the construction of regional natural gas distributed energy supply system should be combined with the development of lots in this district in the form of central station + satellite station, in order to achieve a win-win situation of environment, economy and the society.
