喉鳞癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨喉鳞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及其受体VEGFR-3的表达以及与喉癌病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测60例喉癌组织和32例癌旁组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3蛋白的表达情况,并分析二者表达强弱与喉鳞状细胞癌发生发展的相关关系。结果喉鳞癌组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达水平均显著高于相应癌旁组织(P<0.05);VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达在不同喉癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及不同临床分期组间均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小及临床分型组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在喉癌的发展中起重要作用,二者的联合检测可作为喉癌是否有淋巴结转移及预后的预判指标。Objective To explore the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in laryngeal carcinoma tissue and the relationship between their expression and pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical method had been used to detect the expression of VEGF-C and VEG-FR-3 in 60 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and 32 specimens of para-carcinoma tissue. Results The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that of para-carcinoma tissue（ P 〈0. 05）. In laryngeal carcinoma,the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 was closely associated with the differentiation of carcinoma,metastasis in lymph nodes and clinical stages（ P 〈0. 05）, but their expression was independent of gender,age,smoking history,size of tumor and clinical classification（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 may play an important role in the development of laryngeal carcinoma. The detection of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 can be served as the prognostic indicator for metastasis in lymph nodes.
