摘 要:为探究生丝低抱合疵点的产生原因,对缫丝车速、丝鞘长度、过夜茧工艺条件的组合等开展系列缫丝试验,对缫制的样丝进行抱合检验。试验结果表明:过夜茧对抱合质量下降明显,容易产生低抱合疵点;短丝鞘长度、慢速缫丝对抱合有影响,但程度较轻;多因素组合对抱合影响显著大于单因素;影响生丝抱合的首要因素为丝胶的胶着性能,制丝生产中应予重点关注;丝鞘对抱合的作用随着丝胶胶着性能变差而增强,当丝胶胶着性能较差时确保丝鞘作用充分有效,对改善生丝抱合作用明显。In order to study the reason of low cohesion defect of raw silk, this study did a series of reeling experiments through combining technological conditions of overnight cocoon, reeling speed and croisure length, and then inspected cohesion of sample raw silk. The experimental results show that, overnight cocoon affects visibly cohesion quality, and it causes easily low cohesion defect. Short croisure length and slow reeling speed affect slightly on cohesion quality. The effects of combinatorial factors on cohesion are significantly greater than single factor. Sericin adhesivity is the first factor affecting cohesion quality of raw silk and should be paid attention to during production. Croisure function for cohesion enhances as sericin adhesivity performance becomes poor. When sericin adhesivity performance is not good enough, it is required to make sure croisure function is fully effective so as to improve cohesion quality of raw asilk.
