摘 要:刀具间的间隙在很大程度上决定着乏燃料剪切实验装置的剪切精度,为了提高设备的剪切精度,需要对装置刀具间的间隙进行严格地控制.以乏燃料剪切实验装置作为研究对象,利用静态和动态尺寸链构造零部件制造、装配误差与剪切刀具间间隙误差的对应关系;通过相关的实验,测定实际剪切过程中剪切力和间隙的变化以及剪切完成后刀具间的间隙大小;并与理论分析对比,给出了刀具间间隙值的具体计算结果;提出了提高乏燃料剪切实验装置精度的改进措施.The clearance of tools greatly determines the accuracy of shearing experimental device,in order to improve the shearing accuracy of the equipment,the clearance of tools of the device must be strictly controlled. Using static and dynamic dimension chain to establish the corresponding relation of error between manufacturing and assembly the structural parts and the tools of shearing device,through the related experiments,the shear force and clearance during the shear process and the clearance of tools after the completion of the work can be gotten,and compared with theories analysis,the specific parameters affecting the clearance of tools are identified. The modification scheme for enhancing the accuracy of spent fuel shearing experimental device is proposed.
