摘　　要：目的：探讨经肛门单孔腹腔镜直肠肿瘤微创切除术的可行性。方法选取2010年06月-2013年06月，直肠内肿瘤6例，肿瘤距肛缘8~15 cm，其中5例为广基直肠管状腺瘤，另1例为管状腺瘤局部癌变，利用单孔腹腔镜经肛门直肠肿瘤微创切除术。结果6例患者均成功实施经肛门单孔腹腔镜肠腔内直肠肿瘤切除术，切缘干净，创面愈合好，随访1~3年无复发。结论利用单孔腹腔镜经肛门直肠肿瘤切除术和经肛门内镜显微手术一样具有优良的术野显露和宽敞的操作空间，具有可行性。Objective To discuss the feasibility in the treatment of rectal tumor resection using the single hole laparoscopic through the anus. Methods During the period of Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2013,select 6 patients of rectal tumor suitable for local excision. The tumor from the anal verge 8-15 cm,which consisted of 5 patients with rectal tubular adenoma,another case of tubular adenoma canceration of local,and using the single hole laparoscopic through the anus to implement the operation. Results Six patients were successfully performed operation,no tumor remained,wound healing,and all patients were followed up for 1-3 years without tumor recurrence. Conclusion Transanal rectal tumor resection using the single hole laparoscopy is a feasible procedure,and has the same excellent exposure of surgical field and enough operating space compared with transanal endoscopic microsurgery.
