摘 要:目前甜菊糖苷产品的检测方法多采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对于其生产原料甜叶菊中总苷的测定也采用此法,由于直接从叶子中提取的总苷含有大量的杂质,HPLC法分离效果不好,严重影响了测定结果的准确性。利用大孔树脂吸附提取液中的甜菊糖苷,再经乙醇溶液解析,解析液在液相色谱中可清晰分离出5种成分,从而能够准确测出甜叶菊中甜菊糖苷的含量。HPLC method was used to detect the content of steciosedes in stevioside products as well as the raw material-stevia. But the separation effect was not satisfied with a large number of impurities in the steviosides which extracted from stevia directly. This could affect the accuracy of the results seriously. Steviosides in the extract of stevia were parsed with ethanol solution after absorbed by macroporous resin. And it could be separated into five elements clearly with HPLC, which could measure the content of steviosides in stevia accurately.
