“优生学”有效教学的策略

摘  要:"优生学"是提高人口素质的一门综合性学科,本课程包括的知识广泛、内容丰富,具有较强的实用性和科学性。传统"优生学"的教学中存在许多不足之处。为了完善"优生学"的教学,本文从有效教学的理论出发,分析了如何在传统教学中融入有效教学。笔者从制定正确的教学目标,选择科学合理的教学内容;开展充分的教学准备,进行科学合理的教学组织;建立融洽的师生关系,体现充满热情的教学过程等方面进行了教学改革的探索,提高了教学质量,取得了一定的教学效果。Eugenics is a comprehensive discipline aiming to im-prove the quality of population. This course includes a wide range of knowledge and rich content, and is a highly practical and sci-entific subject. There are many deficiencies and disadvantages of traditional teaching in this course. To improve"Eugenics"course teaching, this paper analyzed the method to integrate effective teaching to traditional teaching from the view of effective teaching theory. In this paper, we try to explore teaching reform from the aspects of setting correct teaching goals, selecting scientific and rational teaching contents, paying enough time for preparation, organizing teaching contents scientifically, establishing a harmo-nious relationship between teachers and students, and showing enthusiasm during teaching process. The change of teaching method has improved the teaching quality, and has achieved some teaching effects in practice.
