摘　　要：从康德义务论的角度针对动物保护志愿者拦车救狗的行为进行分析,指出志愿者的这种行为不符合康德的善良意志,并且违反了绝对命令,是不道德的行为。志愿者应采取合法的方式保护动物。This article analyzes the behavior of animal protection volunteers by Kantian Deontology to point out that this behavior did not comply with Kant Good Will and Categorical Imperative, so this behavior is immoral. Volunteers should take legal ways to protect animals.
