弹性粘结固定技术治疗外伤松动牙的疗效探析

摘　　要：目的分析弹性粘结固定技术治疗外伤松动牙的效果。方法选取外伤松动牙患者96例,根据治疗方法分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予牙弓夹板固定治疗,观察组给予超强纤维带加流动树脂弹性固定夹板固定治疗,对比两组疗效。结果两组牙周指标如菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数及6个月后治疗效果均存在明显差异。结论经强纤维带加流动树脂弹性固定夹板固定技术对外伤松动牙进行治疗的临床疗效显著。Objective Analysis the effect of elastic adhesive fixation in the treatment of trauma tooth. Method We selected 96 cases of patients with traumatic loose teeth, accorded to treatment methods divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given dental arch splint fixation treatment, the observation group was given super fiber band and resin flow elastic fixation splint therapy, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The two groups of periodontal index such as the treatment effect of plaque index, gingival index, sulcus bleeding index after 6 months had significant differences. Conclusion Strong fiber band and resin flow elastic fixation splint fixation is effect to treat traumatic loose teeth.
