摘　　要：中国现代化进程中权与法、人治与法治的斗争是长期的。20世纪80年代问题报告文学以高度的现代意识和理性精神,对中国社会中存在的官僚主义、特权思想和腐败现象进行了深入的披露,热情地呼唤民主法治的到来,显示了强烈的参与意识和干预生活的精神。Because of the feudal idea ingrained, the struggle of power and law, the rule of man and law during Chinese modernization will be long. The 1980s＇problem reportages with modern consciousness and rational spirit exposed the bureaucracy, privilege and corruption in Chinese society, called warmly for the arrival of democracy and rule of law, and showed the sense of participation and the strong spirits of life intervention.
