摘 要:以红萝卜和‘心里美’萝卜为试验试材配制杂交组合,用比色板对萝卜皮色和肉色进行比色分级,通过P1、P2、F1、B1C1F1、B2C1F1和F26世代联合分析法,研究‘心里美’萝卜皮色和肉色的遗传规律。结果表明:2个性状的分离世代B1C1F1、B2C1F1、F2均成单峰偏态分布,说明‘心里美’萝卜皮色和肉色为主基因+多基因控制的数量性状;2个性状的遗传均符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因模型(E模型);皮肉色F2群体主基因遗传率较高,分别为93.64%和88.19%,多基因遗传率较低,分别为2.74%和0。对‘心里美’萝卜皮色、肉色的选择在早期世代进行较为合适。With red radish and radish cultivar ' Xinlimei' as test materials for the preparation of test crosses to study the inheritance of radish cultivar 'Xinlimei' skin and flesh color trait through P1, P2, F1, BIC1F1, B2C1F1 and F2 six generation joint analysis. The results indicated that the two traits separate generations B1C1F1, B2C1F1, F2 plants showed a single peak and partial distribution, indicating that radish cuhivar 'Xinlimei' skin and flesh color were quantitative trait controlled by major genes and multiple genes. The inheritance of two genetic traits was in line with two additive-dominant-epistatic major gene + additive-dominant-epistatic polygene model (E model). The heritability of the major genes in F2 of skin and flesh color trait was 93.64% and 88.19%, respectively, but the polygene heritability was lower. For radish cultivar 'Xinlimei', skin color and flesh color choices could be made more appropriate in the early generations.
