摘　　要：人民检察院对刑事简易程序的监督与制约是司法权力的监督与制约机制的重要组成部分。刑事诉讼法的修改对简易程序中检察监督与制约作用产生诸多影响,在理清刑事诉讼法对刑事简易程序中检察监督与制约的规定的基础上,对刑事简易程序中检察监督与制约的优化配置进行思考和研究是法学研究和司法实践的当务之急。The people＇s procuratorate remains an important part of the judicial power＇s supervision and restriction mechanism. The Amendment of the criminal procedure law produces a lot of influence on supervision and limitation on the summary procedure. On the basis of making clear the provisions of criminal procedure law related to supervision and restriction on the criminal summary procedure, the priority of legal research and judicial practice is to optimize the procuratorial supervision and restriction.
