摘 要:采用马歇尔击实法和旋转压实法对evotherm温拌沥青混合料性能进行研究,研究结果表明:evotherm温拌沥青混合料的拌和温度可以降低25℃;马歇尔击实法得到温拌沥青混合料的击实次数比热拌沥青混合料提高20次,旋转压实法压实次数和热拌沥青混合料相同;温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性能略有提高,高温稳定性能提高,动稳定度从1 180次/mm提高到了1 340次/mm;低温抗裂性能和基质沥青混合料相差不大。采用旋转密实曲线得到:温拌沥青混合料的施工和易性较好,抗变形能力强。总体来说,拌和温度降低25℃时,evotherm温拌沥青混合料性能优于同条件级配的基质沥青混合料。The performance of warm asphalt mixture is studied through Marshall compaction tests and gyratory compaction tests. The results show that the warm asphalt mixture temperature could be 25℃ lower; and compared with the hot asphalt mixture as per marsh design method, warm mixing has a 20 times more compaction times,when the gyratory compaction times is the same with hot mixing method the warm mixture asphalt is improved in water stability and high temperature stability, and its dynamic stability increases to 1340 from 1180, and the low temperature crack resistance has minor difference with that of matrix asphalt mixture. From gyratory compaction densification curve it is drawn that warm mix asphalt mixture has goocl deformation resistance ability and better workability. In general~ the performance of warm asphalt mixture with mixing temperature reduced by 25℃ is superior to the same conditions graded asphalt mixture.
