摘 要:针对栲胶原料短缺的现象,首次评估了菊科植物飞机草作为植物鞣剂原料的可行性。首先采用正交实验法研究了飞机草茎和叶中多酚和黄酮物质的提取工艺,获得茎的最佳浸提条件为温度80℃、粉碎粒度1 cm、提取3次(每次4h)、pH值为6,提取物中多酚和黄酮的质量分数分别为11.52%和37.56%;叶的最佳浸提条件为温度70℃、粉碎粒度1cm、提取3次(每次4 h)、pH值为6,提取物中多酚和黄酮的质量含量分别为13.43%和46.75%。接着,用茎和叶的提取物分别处理浸酸猪皮,发现处理后猪皮有所增厚,颜色呈暗棕色,收缩温度可分别提高20℃和17℃。这些结果表明飞机草茎和叶提取物均具有一定的鞣制效应,飞机草具有用作植物鞣剂的潜力。The composites Eupatorium odoratum L. was firstly proposed as vegetable tannin because of the lack of vegetable tanning materials. Firstly, the orthogonal experiments were designed to study the extraction of polyphenols and flavone in Eupatorium odoratum L. stem and leaf to obtain the optimum extraction conditions. As for the stem, the polyphenols and flavone contents were as 11.52% and 37.56% respectively, in the extract with the temperature as 80 ℃, the particle size as lcm, three cycle extraction with one period as 4 h, pH value as 6, while as for leaf, the polyphenols and flavone contents as 13.43% and 46.75% respectively, in the extract with the temperature as 70 ℃, the particle size as lcm, three cycle extraction with one period as 4h, pH value as 6. Next, both the stem extract and the leaf extract were utilized to treat pickled pigskins. The results showed that the pigskins were thickened after tanning and appeared dark brown, and the shrinkage temperatures were elevated by 20℃ and 17 ℃ respectively. These results indicated that the Eupatorium odoratum L. stem and leaf extracts possessed tanning action and Eupatorium odora- tum L. would be a potential vegetable tanning raw material.
