摘 要:针对商用车电子控制制动系统比例继动阀迟滞特性,提出了特性仿真模型和迟滞补偿控制方法。建立了能反映迟滞特性的比例继动阀数学模型,应用Matlab/Simulink软件进行了其响应特性和迟滞特性的仿真,通过开环测试验证了模型的准确性和可靠性。在此基础上提出了能够补偿迟滞特性的比例继动阀控制方法,并进行离线仿真和硬件在环试验,验证了该控制方法的有效性。The simulation model and hysteresis compensation control method of proportional relay valve of EBS for commercial vehicle were proposed focused on the hysteresis characteristic.First,the mathematic model for proportional relay valve was established,which reflected the hysteresis characteristic.Then,the response characteristic and hysteresis characteristic were simulated using that model in Matlab /Simulink environment,and the correctness and reliability of the model were validated through opened loop test.After that,a control method for proportional relay valve was developed by which the hysteresis characteristic could be compensated.Finally the effectiveness of this control method was validated through the off-line simulation and the HIL test.Simulation and test results show that the hysteresis compensation control method proposed can improve the control characteristic and vehicle active safety.
