摘　　要：《哈姆莱特》中有涉性内容是不争的事实。对于涉性内容是如何呈现的,各家不乏语言修辞方面的研究。事实上,莎士比亚的性书写是多种多样的,他除了局部地运用隐语、双关语、谐音等语言修辞外,还在整体谋篇布局上巧妙地运用了互文、副线情节设置等更为隐蔽的技法。参透这些技法,可以展现莎士比亚高超的创作艺术,揭示他对自然意志的性爱所持的肯定态度,见出他对人性的宽容与悲悯和对性伦理的思考。Sex writing is an indisputable fact in Hamlet. As for how it is delivered, discussions in the past focused on the small scale figurative speeches like argots, puns and homophonies. This paper argues that sex writing is more subtle in Hamlet, which involves overall construction of intertextuality between Hamlet and the old historical legend of Amlet, and the subplot of Ophelia＇s death. The overall design not only distinguishes Shakespeare＇s artistry but also help understand sex as another subject matter of the play. When it comes to sex ethics, the paper concludes that Shakespeare holds positive attitude towards sex as a natural will and shows great pity for humanity.
