摘　　要：作为我国财政体制改革的一项重要内容,国库集中支付制度改革意义重大。文章阐述了地方院校实行国库集中支付的必要性,并分析国库集中支付制度在目前地方院校实施过程中存在的问题,有针对性地提出相应对策和改进措施,供相关决策者借鉴。As an important content of China＇s financial reform ,the reform of centralized payment system of national treasury is of great significance .This paper expounds the necessity and analyzed the existed problems through centralized payment of na-tional treasury in local colleges and universities and also proposed the corresponding countermeasures and improvement meas-ures which may a reference for the related policy makers .
