二本师范院校体育教育专业“2+2”人才分类培养模式的理论构建

摘　　要：现今二本师范院校体育教育专业的人才培养模式存在不少弊端。改革这种人才培养模式,应以学习深造、教师教育和自主创业三个不同方向来重新构建二本师范院校体育教育专业"2+2"人才培养目标、人才培养规格、人才培养方式。Nowadays ,the professional cultivation mode of physical education in local normal universities have existed some problems .By reforming this professional cultivation mode ,we should ,from three different directions of further study ,teacher＇s education and self-employment ,reconstruct“2＋2”professional cultivation goal ,criterion and mode of the physical education discipline in local normal universities .
