摘  要:目的探讨膀胱肿瘤抗原(BTAstat)和透明质酸(HA)在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2012年5月—2013年5月在我院接受治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者40例,检测清洁中段晨尿中的BTAstat、HA指标,计算BTAstat、HA与BTAstat+HA指标的敏感度和特异度,分析BTAstat、HA指标敏感度与膀胱肿瘤临床病理的关系,以及检测耗时、费用等可行性指标,评价其临床应用价值。结果 BTAstat+HA指标对膀胱肿瘤的敏感度最高,明显高于HA、BTAstat单项指标,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BTAstat、HA指标的敏感度随着膀胱肿瘤的分级、分期逐渐升高而升高,且多发肿瘤的敏感度明显高于单发肿瘤,初发肿瘤的敏感度高于复发肿瘤。结论 BTAstat+HA检测对膀胱肿瘤的诊断敏感度高,具有重要的应用价值,可以促进明确诊断,且可重复性、易操作性强,费用合理,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the value of bladder tumor antigen (BTAstat)and hyaluronic acid (HA)in the di-agnosis of bladder tumor.Methods 40 cases with bladder tumor treatment from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospi-tal.BTAstat,HA index of cleaning midpiece urine was detected,the sensitivity and specificityof BTAstat,HA and BT-Astat+ HA index were calculated,and the relationship between BTAstat,HA sensitivity index and bladder tumor clin-ical pathological,time-consuming,cost feasibility index were analyzed to evaluate its clinical application value.Results The BTA Stat+HA index of bladder tumor was the highest sensitivity,significantly higher than HA,BTAstat single index,with significant difference (P&lt;0.05).BTAstat,the HA index of sensitivity with the grading,staging of bladder tumors gradually increased,and multiple tumor was more sensitive than single tumor,primary tumor sensitivity is high-er than that of tumor recurrence.Conclusion BTA StatHA has important application value in the diagnosis of bladder tumor,can promote the diagnosis,its sensitivity is high,and detecting the presence of repeatability and easy to opera-tion,reasonable cost,and is worthy of clinical application.
