国外企业支持幼儿教育的经验与启示

摘　　要：国外企业因自身发展的需要及职工外在压力两方面的原因,通过举办早期保育和教育中心、设置教育券、购买学位或折扣项目、多家企业联合提供保育教育服务等多种方式为幼儿教育发展提供支持。这些方式在促进各国幼儿教育事业发展的同时,也为企业带来了经济收益与社会效益。借鉴国外成功经验,我国政府不仅应通过制定并宣传有关政策,推动企业支持早期保育教育发展,而且应运用相关政策引导企业提供的保育教育服务保证一定的质量,我国企业则应基于自身实际选择适合的方式支持早期保育教育发展。Because of the development needs as well as the requirement of the employees, enterprises in abroad provided support in ways of building on-site centers, supporting vouchers, purchasing position or discounts and providing early care and education service through the cooperation of some enterprises etc. These ways promoted the development of national early care and education as well as brought economic benefits and social benefits to the enterprise. The analysis of the foreign enterprises＇ supporting early care and education would give Chinese government some revelation on the policy in. encouraging enterprises to play a role in the development of early childhood education.
