摘 要:黄炎培认为职业教育应融合在整个教育实践和全部职业生涯过程中。他在借鉴与吸收国内外关于德育、智育、体育、美育等各项教育环节研究成就的基础上,立足于社会发展要求,从实现人的全面和谐的发展目标出发,通过对职业教育过程的理论和实践方面的探索和研究,建立了"职业陶冶—职业指导—职业训练—职业补习和再补习"这样一个完整的科学的职业教育过程体系,提出了自己对职业教育过程本质与特征的理解与观点,阐述了自己对职业教育过程矛盾与动力的认识与发现。Huang Yanpei believed that education should be integrated into the whole occupation education practice and all the occupation career process. Based on reference to and absorption of the domestic and foreign results of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic re- search, and the requirements of social development, starting from the realization of man's all-round and harmonious development goals, through the theory and practice of occupation education process aspects of exploration and research, he established a complete scientific occupation education system of "occupation mold-occupation instruction-occupation training, occupation tutorial and tutoring", put for- ward his understanding and view of the nature and characteristics of occupation education process, and expounded his understanding and discovery of contradiction and power occupation education process.
