复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方聚乙二醇电解质散治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法对56例确诊为儿童功能性便秘的患儿采取复方聚乙二醇电解质散长时间治疗并定期复查肝肾功能。结果 56例儿童功能性便秘的患儿均取得了安全、有效的临床治疗效果。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散可以有效治疗儿童功能性便秘,但必须坚持足够长的时间,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Compound polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder for the treatment of childhood functional constipation（FC）. Methods Take a prolonged therapy with Compound polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder to the children who diagnosis to childhood functional constipation,and perdic review these children＇s liver and kidney function. Results56 cases of children with functional constipation in children has the effect of clinical treatment is safe, effective. Conclusion compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can be effective in the treatment of functional constipation in children, butmust persist long enough, is worth the clinical promotion.
