摘　　要：本科生科研能力本质上是一种初级科研能力,管理类专业本科生科研能力要素包括发现问题的能力、文献调查能力、研究计划能力、调查研究能力、问题分析能力、理论写作能力等。管理类专业本科生科研能力的培养要从研究意识的养成、研究方法的学习和研究实践三个层次着手。选题是影响学生研究成败的关键因素。教师要在指导学生的过程中注意培养自己的反思能力和反思精神。Scientific research ability of undergraduates is essentially a primary scientific research ability,management undergraduate students scientific research ability elements include the ability to identify problems,literature survey research ability,planning ability,investigation ability,analysis ability,and the theory of writing ability etc. To have these abilities,teachers should make the management undergraduate students learn from the study of consciousness,research methods of learning and research practice on three levels. The topic is the key factor to influence the success or failure of the student＇s studies. Teachers should pay attention to cultivate their ability of reflection and reflective spirit in the process of guiding students.
