摘  要:采用溶剂诱导挥发自组装和提拉法制备了以纯有序介孔碳为涂层的新型固相微萃取装置。利用N2吸附-脱附,扫描电镜对涂层材料的性质进行了表征。优化了萃取分析条件,采用顶空-固相微萃取的方法测定自来水中的甲苯和苯乙烯。与商品化涂层相比较,自制涂层具有萃取容量大、使用寿命长的优点。甲苯、苯乙烯含量在0.5-500μg/L内具有良好的线性,检出限为80 ng/L,RSD均小于12%。方法用于测定自来水中的甲苯与苯乙烯,加标回收率为90.2%和93.5%。The present work reports the preparation of a new type of SPME coating based on the ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC). The solvent evaporation-induced self-assembly approach (EISA) combined with dip-coating technology results in the formation of OMC film on the outside of the stainless wire. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and nitrogen isothermal adsorption measurements were used for characterization. The extraction conditions including extraction temperature, extraction time and desortption time were optimized. The extraction efficiency was investigated by determination of toluene and styrene in the water. The resultant fiber showed wide linear range (0. 5 -500 μg/L), low detection limit (0.08 μg/L) and good repeatability (less than 12%). Compared with the commercial PDMS coating, the OMC coating presented improved extraction effieiencies. It was successfully used for the analysis of water samples from tap water with satisfactory recoveries (90. 2% -93.5%)
