摘　　要：知识链管理是一种新兴知识管理模式,这种管理模式能够有效地监督和控制知识在知识链成员之间的合理流动,实现知识链知识共享,从而形成知识优势,提高知识链竞争力。文章基于组织之间合作、冲突与风险管理的研究视角,对知识链组织之间的合作、冲突、风险,以及知识链管理绩效的评价等研究进展进行了评述,并总结了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。The knowledge chain management is a new model of knowledge management, which can effectively supervise and control the knowledge flow and share among members of knowledge chain, thereby forming a knowledge advantage and improving the competitiveness of knowledge chain. Based on the research of cooperation, conflict and risk management among organizations, the paper makes an overview on cooperation, conflict and risk management among organizations in knowledge chain, and on performance evaluation of knowledge chain. Finally, it summarizes the existing problems in the current research and the direction of future research.
