摘 要:为试验小叶榕气生根水提液对大花蕙兰组织培养的影响,分别在大花蕙兰原球茎一步成苗培养基MS+6-BA_(2.0mg/L),+NAA_(0.2)及不合激素的MS基本培养基中添加小叶榕气生根水提液,诱导原球茎生长和分化.结果表明,在一步成苗培养基中添加不同浓度的小叶榕气生根水提液,原球茎的增殖和分化效果不同,40%的小叶榕气生根水提液促进原球茎的增殖和分化效果最佳,与对照相比,丛生芽生长势更好,生根率提高21%以上;在不合激素的MS基本培养基中添加小叶榕气生根水提液后,同样能诱导原球茎的生长与分化,优化的小叶榕气生根水提液浓度是40%.试验提高了大花蕙兰快速繁殖效率,也一定程度上为大花蕙兰组织培养找到新的激素替代品.In order to test the effect of aqueous extract of aerial root of Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia on tissue culture of Cymbidium hybrid,the aqueous extract of aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia was added to the one-step-seeding media(MS+6- BA_(2.0) +NAA_(0.2)) and MS media without hormone to induce the grow-up and differentiation of protocorm of Cymbidium hybrid.The results show different effects on proliferation and differentiation of protocorn by the aqueous extract of aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia when added with varied concentration on the one-step-seeding media.The effect on promoting proliferation and differentiation of protocorn is the best for 40%of the aqueous extract in media.Compared with the control,the clustered shoots are grown better and the rate of roots can be increased by 21%.The MS media being added with this aqueous extract without the hormone can induce the grow-up and differentiation,and the optimal concentration of the aqueous extract of aerial root of Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia is 40%.It improves the technique and gave a substitute of hormone in the tissue culture of Cymbidium hybrid.
