摘　　要：我国由于国际贸易往来的频繁,对专业英语人才的需求越来越紧迫。要想学好专业英语(ESP),课程的设置就需要合理。法律英语属于ESP的一种,所以培养合格的法律英语人才,设置合理的法律英语课程至关重要。课程设置包括教学目的、师资、课程设置和教学方法等方面。The talents of ESP are required increasingly because the international trades are conducting frequently in our country. If ESP is wanted to learn well, the curriculum is designed reasonably. The legal English belongs to one of ESP. It is very important to design the curriculum reasonably if the talents of the legal English are cultivated to be qualified. The designing of the curriculum is made up of teaching aim, qualified teachers, designing of curriculum and teaching methods, etc.
