摘　　要：应届毕业生英语求职教学应从价值观,信息采集、简历设计撰写和应试技巧等角度出发,改革创新教学的方法,加强理论教育的同时提供情景模拟场景,在现实模拟中进行实用训练和听说能力的培养。授课老师课堂教学中需要结合外企招聘程序,应运用多种教学方法,重视培养应届毕业生的交际能力以及在实践中综合运用英语的能力。Classroom teaching of English for new graduates＇ Job-Hunting should from the points of values, information collection, resume writing and test-prep tricks, innovative teaching methods, strengthen the theory education while provides simulation scene, practical training and the cultivation of listening and speaking skills in the realistic modeling. Classroom teaching needs to combine foreign teacher recruitment process, innovative application of a variety of teaching methods, pay attention to the training of new graduates communication ability and comprehensive ability to use English in practice.
